Les Usages Du Monde / New Ways of the World

BC was invited to participate to an exhibition Les Usages Du Monde, organised by Arc en Rêve centre d’architecture. The exhibition was a project devoted to new living conditions in times of digital revolution, climate crisis and social and political uncertainty. lt focused on initiatives that share processes of innovation through human habitation. The exhibition highlights creativity and the ways that ordinary people invent their daily lives. 

Through 4 combined videos titled Going Full Circle, BC wanted to show that a different relationship to how the act of building could be found. Where extraction takes on a different meaning, where economy has a different ecological impact, where the impossibility of building with earth changes a complex building culture.
