The Act of Building

Under the title The Act of Building, BC presented four projects as action-based researchers using five methods to convey their strategies of investigation, the use of tools and the construction technique.

The scenography evoked architecture oscillating between industrialisation and craftsmanship, between abstraction and vernacular, between modernism and regionalism. It showed a different approach to architecture, mixing modern and traditional techniques in new building processes.
